FAQ

  1. Do I need an appointment to try on bridal gowns?allure back
Yes, you are required to book an appointment in order to try on our gowns. This ensures that you’ll have a dedicated fitting room, personal consultant and our undivided attention! You are welcome to come into the store to browse our selection without an appointment, however, we cannot guarantee fitting room availability.  To make an appointment, please call us at 650-595-3404 or email us at info@rinsbridal.com. Please call 1-2 weeks in advance of your desired appointment date.
  2. How should I prepare for an appointment?
You may want to bring a strapless bra to try on strapless styles.  Aside from this, we welcome all levels of preparedness!  Some brides do research before the appointment and bring in photos of dress styles that they’d love to try on.  Other brides love walking us through their vision during the appointment and have our consultants match their tastes and body type.  Please refer to our blog post on “‘The Happiest Shopping Day of Your Life’: Do’s and Dont’s in Wedding Dress Shopping” for our take on the dress shopping experience!
  3. What should I expect during an appointment?
Appointments are approximately one hour in duration and one of our amazing consultants will help you find the best fit for your style and body.
  4. Can I order a dress that you don’t have in the store?
Yes!  We can order dresses from most designers.  Please contact us for more information on ordering your gown.
  5. After I place an order, how long does it take receive my gown, bridesmaids dress, or mother of the bride dress?
Our normal shipping schedule for bridal gowns is 4-6 months, bridesmaids dresses is 3-4 months, and mother of the bride dresses is 1-3 months.  Rush ordering is available for an extra charge.
